If you are an employee making a purchase, but do not have enough funds available on your card, you can request funds to be loaded onto your card.
IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE (not an administrator):
1. Log in to the Lowe's PreLoad app.
2. Select Request Funds.
3. Enter in the amount that you will need to make your purchase and select Request.
4. Enter a description of what the funds will be used for and enter Continue.
5. Confirm the transfer by selecting the Request $ button.
The Administrator on the account will receive a notification that you are requesting funds. If they approve the request, the funds will immediately be transferred to your card.
IF YOU ARE AN ADMINISTRATOR:
1. Log into the Lowe's PreLoad app.
2. Select YOUR CARD from the menu bar.
3. Select Add Funds.
3. Enter the amount that you need to make your purchase and select Add.
4. Confirm the transfer by selecting Add.
The money will immediately be transferred from the Company Vault to your Lowe's PreLoad card.
